This wine boasts a magnificently golden straw-yellow colour and a bouquet of peaches and crème de cassis highlighted by floral hints of acacia blossom. This Bordeaux white offers a whole host of gourmetsensation, making a deliciously fleshy impression on the palate with crisp grape flavours and all the vivacious qualities of the Sauvignon variety. Has been selected by the Head Sommelier of The Goring.
After its lovely crimson-ruby colour with raspberry tints, Chateau Haut Peyruguet red reveals a nice powerful bouquet of red fruit scents with hints of flower, spice and mildish mint. On the palate, it is fleshly, rounded and fruity with fine, mature tannins and a lovely fresh finish. Has been selected by the Head Sommelier of La Trompette, The Goring and Swan Hotel.
Ripe red fruits, easy drinking. The best value for money natural wine. The "must have" in all natural wine bar. As all wines from the Cave d'Estezargues it is even better slightly child (14°C). Has been selected by the Head Sommelier of Hakkasan Mayfair.
