Very different from the previous vintage, this white Chinon has characteristics less typical of Chenin grape variety. It exudes aromas of exotic fruits. It is very attractive. The flavors are ample. The wine is well fruity with hints of pear and applesauce. Some tasters even said "apple pie". The finish is beautiful and long and leaves a beautiful mouth.
