Gilles Merlet became a pioneer by experimenting with the plantation of Cassis, Blackcurrants, Raspberry, Wild Strawberry, Peach, Pear or Melon at the end of the 70’s in the Cognac production area. It was a complete success as not only did he grow exceptionally amazing berries, but he also used the family’s “savoir-faire” to produce his own “Crème de fruit” (Fruit Liqueurs).

Red-dark orange tinted robe. Freshly picked wild strawberries nose with hints of blood oranges and lime. On the palate the delicate sweetness leaves room to the wild strawberry to blossom with very light buttery notes.
