Bordeaux blend Decanted and poured, the bouquet showed graphite, cedar, black fig, black currant and wood notes. The color is a dark ruby to black that is correct for the wines age. The medium/full bodied palate shows well tannins becoming dominant on the medium length finish.

ORGANIC. This is the outcome of a rigorous plots selection, slow fermentation and maturation in oak barrels for 18 months.
Notes of cherry, chocolate and blackcurrant.
Amber colour. The bouquet of cask' wood is present. Floral scents. Well rounded, not aggressive. Not filtered Cognac. Gentle, round and soft, complex rancio Charentais. Many, subtle parfums. Come in a wood box. Has been selected by the Head Sommelier of Le Gavroche. 50% alc/vol, aged for a minimum of 40 years in wood cask, natural reduction, no dilution.
