This is a spice and pepper together with intense notes of prunes and wild fruits. Ideal to sublimate your dishes. A very rare 100 % Freisa, an old piemontese traditional grape close to the Pinot Noir style.
Bordeaux blend Decanted and poured, the bouquet showed graphite, cedar, black fig, black currant and wood notes. The color is a dark ruby to black that is correct for the wines age. The medium/full bodied palate shows well tannins becoming dominant on the medium length finish.
